Before starting a career in Real Estate, Andrew Mortaza worked as a tax accountant for the Real Estate Tax division of Arthur Anderson in Mclean, Virginia. He gained a thorough understanding of the real estate industry by working with real estate investment trusts (REIT's), real estate ventures and high net worth individuals. He then moved to California and became a business manager for various celebrities and high net-worth individuals.
 
Andrew's love and understanding of people, coupled with his extensive knowledge of the Real Estate market in Southern California propelled him into a career in real estate. He not only holds a degree in accounting, but is also a member of the Institute for Luxury Homes and is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).
